Online Continuing Education
IBAO offers 48 courses through our online course provider, Vubiz. A wide variety of topics are available ranging from Insurance specific to Financial Management to Telephone Customer Contact to Microsoft Word 2002. These programs are open to members of IBAO only. Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
This online interactive video offers the training required to comply with the AODA Customer Service Standard providing specific advice on interacting with persons with disabilities.
