Guest Room Rate for the IBAO 2009 Convention:
$199 per night, single or double occupancy plus taxes for reservations made by September 4, 2009.

Effective for the 2009 Annual Conference, The Fairmont Royal York, at the request of IBAO, will implement a non-refundable cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's room and tax. This applies to all guestrooms cancelled after Wednesday, October 14th, 2009 (one week prior to the convention). This is to deter the practice of overbooking guestrooms.
